About Jim
Since 1993 Jim has helped Maryland Buyers and Sellers with all their real estate needs. An Associate Broker with Exit Preferred Realty, Jim has sold thousands of homes throughout Central Maryland and the Eastern Shore. Jim's real estate experience includes the successful sale of Waterfront, Water Privileged, Executive and Golf Course homes.Through years of experience Jim has become an exceptional negotiator and skilled marketer.
Prior to his real estate career Jim was a Vice President with Kettler Brothers Homes in Gaithersburg Maryland and a Vice President with Bank One in Columbus Ohio. Jim holds a BS in Marketing from the University of Maryland and an MBA in Finance from the George Washington University. He is a past president of the Severna Park Chamber of Commerce.. Jim has have 4 grown children and nine grandchildren.
